Commission Structure

RULIN offers the following commission structure for designers:

  • You receive 70% of the sale price for each item sold
  • RULIN retains 30% to cover platform fees, marketing, and customer service
  • Payments are processed monthly for all sales from the previous month
  • Minimum payout threshold is $50
  • Additional bonuses available for high-performing designers

Terms & Conditions

RULIN Designer Agreement

This Designer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Designer") and RULIN ("Platform"). By registering as a designer on the Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Designer Responsibilities

  • Designer agrees to provide original designs that do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Designer is responsible for accurately representing their designs, including materials, sizing, and other specifications.
  • Designer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by the Platform.
  • Designer agrees to respond to Platform communications in a timely manner.

2. Intellectual Property

  • Designer retains ownership of their designs but grants the Platform a non-exclusive license to display, market, and sell the designs on the Platform.
  • Designer authorizes the Platform to use images of their designs for promotional purposes.
  • Designer warrants that their designs do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

3. Commission and Payments

  • Designer will receive 70% of the sale price for each item sold through the Platform.
  • Payments will be processed monthly for all sales from the previous month.
  • Minimum payout threshold is $50.
  • Designer is responsible for any taxes associated with their earnings.

4. Term and Termination

  • This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
  • Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days' written notice.
  • The Platform may immediately terminate this Agreement if Designer violates any terms.
  • Upon termination, Designer's designs will be removed from the Platform, but any existing orders will be fulfilled.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
  • The arbitration will take place in [Location] and will be conducted in English.

By registering as a designer on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

No, RULIN handles all manufacturing, production, and shipping. You only need to provide the designs and specifications.

Payments are processed monthly for all sales from the previous month, provided you've reached the minimum payout threshold of $50.

Yes, our agreement is non-exclusive. You retain the rights to your designs and can sell them elsewhere, unless you opt for our exclusive program which offers higher commission rates.

If your application is not approved, we'll provide feedback on areas for improvement. You're welcome to reapply after 3 months with an updated portfolio.
