To upload your designs, navigate to your Designer Dashboard and click on the "Upload Designs" button. You can upload multiple files at once in JPG, PNG, or SVG formats. Make sure your designs meet our quality guidelines: minimum resolution of 1500x1500px and include detailed specifications.
After uploading, you'll need to add product details, pricing, and available sizes before publishing your design for sale.
What are the commission rates for designers?
RULIN offers competitive commission rates based on your designer level and sales volume:
- Standard designers receive 60% of the sale price
- Premium designers (with 50+ successful sales) receive 70% of the sale price
- Elite designers (with 200+ successful sales) receive 80% of the sale price
Commissions are calculated after deducting production and shipping costs. Payments are processed bi-weekly to your registered payment method.
How do I handle customer returns or complaints?
When a customer initiates a return or files a complaint, you'll receive a notification in your Designer Dashboard. Our customer service team handles the initial communication, but you may be asked to provide input on specific design-related issues.
For returns due to design flaws or misrepresentation, the commission may be withheld. For returns due to sizing or customer preference, your commission will not be affected. We recommend responding to all inquiries within 24 hours to maintain a high service rating.
What design tools are compatible with the RULIN platform?
RULIN supports designs created with various industry-standard tools, including:
- Adobe Illustrator (.ai, .eps, .svg)
- Adobe Photoshop (.psd, .jpg, .png)
- Sketch (.sketch)
- Figma (export as .svg or .png)
- CLO 3D (.zprj with exported renders)
We also offer our own built-in design tools that you can access directly from your dashboard for creating and editing designs online.
How can I promote my designs and increase sales?
To increase visibility and sales of your designs, we recommend:
- Use high-quality images and detailed descriptions
